"Sorry, this report is only visible to administrators" Error

  Having received an email from the Jetpack team about my annual report, I clicked the link and was taken to a page that simply said “Sorry, this report is only visible to administrators.” – this is regarding the site tomsbigbox.com – and as I am definitely an administrator, I’m just wondering what might be causing this error.

  The reports come from the WordPress.com side, so are you also logged in to WordPress.com as the account you attached Jetpack to?

  Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies?

  Yep, I’ve double-checked the login, and confirmed it by checking that the site is listed as linked in the settings over at wordpress.com

  Just to confirm, are you logged into your theurbanman account when viewing this page? If so, that’s not the account that’s connected to your website.

  Instead, the username is tomwalters5678. Can you log into that account and let me know if you’re able to see the report?

  Yes I was logging in as the user tomwalters5678, and no I still am unable to view the report.

  Okay, can you try sending us a screenshot and/or the URL of the report you’re visiting? I’m able to view the report as tomwalters5678.

  Okay so I just cracked open Safari and am able to view the report, must be a Chrome bug. Thanks for your help!

  I’m glad to hear that!

  If you’d still like to view it in Chrome, I’d recommend logging out of WordPress and then clearing your cache and cookies:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies

  Everything seems to be working properly for me in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. If you’re okay with viewing it in Safari, no need to follow these instructions :)
