'Sorry, this site is reserved!' message but site does not exist

I want to change the URL for my blog to techgreek.wordpress.com. When I put that in I get the message “Sorry, that site is reserved!” but the site does not actually exist. I know I probably need to contact WordPress so they can check on that site but I only have a free account, so if someone could pass this along to them that would be awesome!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That means there is an account / user with that name – a blog is reserved for each matching account

I work in the marketing department for a company, where the URL we want to use starts with the name of our organization. Is there any way for us to find out if that was reserved by one of our employees, and if so who? That site is reserved and we would like to take control of it if we can. What are our options?

The blog URL we need assistance with is hylant.wordpress.com
