  Sorry to be a bother, but I have looked through all my settings and can not find a way to add a subscribe option on my site. How do I do that? Is it something reserved for pay plans?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey rue202,

  At WordPress.com, people can follow your blog by clicking on the follow button showing on the top menu bar for the logged in users and at lower-right for the people who don’t have a WordPress.com account.

  And if you’re talking about collecting the emails and sending them a newsletter, you have to use the third-party services like MailChimp.
