Sorry to be like this but where's my refund?

I cancelled 2 websites and plans within their 48 hour refund window, with transcripts to prove it, but it’s been 2 weeks without a refund. I would really appreciate it if customer support could look into it.

Hi there,
I checked your and see that both of those upgrades were canceled and refunds for both were refunded on 5/2. It can take up to 10 business days to see the refund reflected on your bank statement and today is day 11 – so, depending on the bank you are with and where you are located, you most likely should have received your refund by now.
The funds have been released on our end, so we definitely do not have them anymore. In this scenarios, we encourage you to contact your bank and ask if they can see any pending transactions for those refunds. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions on their end that you may not see.
Please reach out to them and let me know what they say.

Thank you for your response! I did contact the bank and I had missed where one voucher was applied on the third, but they mention having only received one.

Was the one voucher perhaps for the combined total, $132?
From our end, we definitely issued two credits, at $66 each.

If one was refunded immediately after purchase, the charge may have simply been voided rather than showing up as a charge with a separate refund. Could you check with them to see whether that is the case here?

“Thank you for your reply. Reviewing the account, we show that this merchant debited the account twice on 05/03/19 for $66.00, and then provided one credit of $66.00 back to the account same day. It sounds like they are assisting you with this. However, should they be unable to assist you and you are needing to dispute this other transaction, please call us at one of the below numbers so we may better assist with a dispute. Please let us know if there is anything else that we may assist you with and have a wonderful day.”
So only one $66 voucher came to them. =/

The second one definitely went through as a reversal, not a refund, so you should see one $66 refund and you should see the other $66 charge just drop off of your statement.
If your bank needs the tracking info, we can send that to you via email. Just let us know. :)
