'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.'
-
When logging in to my account I consistently (though not always) get the message, ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’ I’ve read posts and they all talk about plugins, but my problem seems to be a deleted page. If I edit the url down to http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin (‘mywebsite’ is to conceal my actual website name) then I go straight to my dashboard, as expected. Is there a way to get WordPress to stop looking for this deleted page when I log in?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

BTW, the rest of the URL that I edit out so that I can get to my dashboard is: options-general.php?page=ucp&settings-updated=true

But surely isn’t http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin (I don’t know why you wanted to try and conceal your actual website name?) the correct address you should be using to log in??

Solved! Thanks to themagicrobot’s question, I realized the problem is in my browser’s bookmark. Once I deleted the deleted page’s url in my bookmark, the sign-in goes without a hitch! Yea! Thank you!
