Sort Categories in Sidebar

  Its really good to give us an option for sort our “Categories” in sidebar widget.
  I love classification and sorting anything ;)

  Sort in what manner? Last time I checked they were worted in alphabetical order and you had the option to include the different leveles and have those sorted.

  I have a 4 categories for example; A, B, C & also D.
  In the sidebar of my blog they sort alphabetical -> A – B – C – D
  but I wanna sort them in my love, for example I wanna sort them like this: -> B – D – C – A

  This is why I always ask for an example. :)

  In this case, what we’ve been suggesting using a text widget instead. Copy the HTML out of the page source when you’re looking at the category list, reorderit the way you want and paste it into a text widget.

  Hi Dr. Mike
  Its good & I know that, but in this case we couldn’t “show post counts” automatically in categories.

  For example I have these categories with following “post counts”; A (27), B(718), C(8), D(1)
  But these “post counts” are gone! when we copy the HTML out of the page source.

  It’s pretty much either/ or with what we have here. If you could directly edit the themes, you could do it.
