  My blog is featured uneven. I want to sort my blog post with the latest post going down but instead, but all post get update unevenly.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you have two sticky posts, which are always displayed first. If you un-sticky those posts, everything will display in the default reverse chronological order, with the newest first.
