  Hi, I sign up many years ago; from that time always want to remove my picture and its caption (https://images.app.goo.gl/ZSuaK8mw4Ga9eTWj8), but I never do this!!!
  Would you please help me in this regard???

  I do not see anything at the link you shared in your original post, but I can also confirm that you have permanently closed your @mahsaha account, which has deleted all sites under that account as well as removed your personal data from our service
