  The site was deleted a long time ago. Deleted sites can be restored within 30 days from their date of deletion. After that, we can’t restore the site or its address anymore.

  You can create a new site by going to https://wordpress.com/pricing and choosing a plan (paid or free) to get started with the site creation process.
