Suddenly my website is inaccessible and giving security errors anyway I try to access it.
I get this error – ” This is default server vhost. There is nothing here. ”.
I also get this error – ‘404 Not Found’
I also get this – ‘ This server could not prove that it is damcoolers.com; its security certificate is from giow17.siteground.us. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.Proceed to damcoolers.com (unsafe)’
I cannot even access my Word Press Admin page – https://damcoolers.com/wp-admin.
I am currently loosing sales and beside myself on this.
I do not know what to do. Please can you help me urgently. The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your host regarding your issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:

Hello Fstat,
Thanks for the response.
I understand that my website is not hosted by you, my webhosting services look intact and unchanged.
My issue is that I am unable to log into my wordpress website account so suddenly.
https://damcoolers.com/wp-adminWhen I log in to wordpress.com it shows my website. Everything is fine up until 0000am June 18th, where it then shows no one has been able to access it.
It shows an error message saying this site cannot be accessed.

We can’t help with sites not hosted here at WordPress.com as we have no access to nor the ability to fix any issues with your site.
You need to reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
