Sound alerts

  I recently get sound alerts when someone likes or comments on my blog or when someone responds to my comments. How can I turn this off? It’s annoying. Thanks.

  Are you referring to the mobile app? If so, is it the iOS, Android, Windows Phone, or Blackberry app?

  Ok, those are your iPhone’s notifications. You can turn off sounds for the WordPress app in your iPhone’s Settings App -> Notifications -> WordPress, then turn Sound off.

  In the WordPress app, you can control specifically which notifications you receive via Settings (in the WordPress app) -> Manage Notifications.

  Thanks! I turned the sound off on both. I hope this works. It’s waking me up in the middle of the night!
