Soundcheck theme, 'Hero Slider' issue

  I purchased ‘Soundcheck’ theme for WordPress, but there seems to be a fault with ‘hero slider’…the image bar on the top of the home page. It says to ‘select a default’, but when I try to do this, there is no option to do this. I need this website asap and have paid for it, please help!
