  I’m looking to edit the source code on my site however I don’t need to have the relevant options on the ‘appearance’ tab to do so. Or, that’s what the very few Youtube videos I’ve browsed seem to suggest I’d need to use.

  You can’t edit source code on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan. Most of the info you find on the internet is for wordpress.org not for wordpress.com.

  Hi there,

  Can you tell us what exactly it is that you want to do? It might be possible to achieve the same thing on WordPress.com without editing your site’s source code (which, despite the many tutorials out there explaining how to do it, is not the best option most of the time in any case).
