Hello there,
To check, are you looking to see who the new post has been sent to?
If yes, this can be found via Users > Followers and Email followers.
I hope this helps.

Thanks. Not quite what I am looking for. We have people posting via an email. The post doesn’t show whose email a particular post was from. I would like to be able to see who the sender was for the email that resulted in a post on the blog.

Can you let us know the URL of the site where this is happening? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!

Perhaps I didn’t pose my question correctly. A wordpress feature is to make a post by sending an email to a specially generated email address by wordpress. There are several people who can post to our website. I would like to be able to see who did a particular post via email. I can’t see the email in the post. Is that available somewhere?
The website is https://richlandpbfed.wordpress.com/.
Thanks -
Got it. Post by email doesn’t feature the email address it was sent from, as it’s really only meant to be a single secret address for one person.
If you need to have multiple posting to a single account, you will need to sort out a way to manage secrecy of the address and getting only approved posts through. You might have them email an intermediate secret address, for example, and have that send qualifying posts along. Note I haven’t set that up (as when I’ve had a case like this I approved each post myself and sent it through) but there’s probably a way.
Good luck!
