South/Republic Ireland zero vat

    Hi…very new to this and not very tech minded so looking for guidance.
    I want to put Southern /Republic of Ireland zero vat but can only find Ireland so every time a ROI customer shops the site charges vat on both product & shipping… which should both be zero vat ….trying to resolve is driving me mad.
    Advice & help would be greatly appreciated.
