Can you tell me the size of the file you’re trying to upload? We have a maximum upload size of about 1GB. If your file is 1GB or larger, you won’t be able to upload it to your WordPress.com site.

The file is only 45KB and should load. It’s trlling ne I’m only using 15.4 MG and I have 13 GB available. So I don’t know why I can’t get anything loaded.

Okay! We also restrict the type of files you can upload. You can upload files with the following extensions:
jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt, odt, pptx, docx, pps, ppsx, xls, xlsx, key, mp3, m4a, wav, ogg, zip
Anything not on that list will not be uploaded. What file extension is the document you’re uploading?

It’s a simple word doc. If I’m only using 15.4MB I don’t know why I can’t get anything loaded.

Do you get an error message when you try to upload new media?
