Space below linked image?

  Hi there!

  I’m trying to decrease the space under the social media icons on my sidebar. They’re programmed with HTML using a Text Widget. I’d like the space below these images to be the same size as the space below the next widget on the sidebar (“Recent Posts”). You’ll see the space below the social media icons is slightly larger.

  I notice that when I mouse over the area with Firebug, there appears to be a small blank space (functioning like a separate element?) under each social media icon. This doesn’t seem right……I feel like I’m missing something really obvious– any help is appreciated! :)

  Hi Taryn,

  Try adding this to your custom CSS:

  #text-2 p:nth-of-type(2) {
    margin:0;
  }

  Or alternatively you could hard-code it into your text widget in the HTML for the p tag containing the social links:

  <p style="margin-bottom:0;"> ... </p>
