Space purchased did not work (Transaction ID: 8MK97781AV266250U)

    I paid for 10GB space upgrade August 2013 (transaction below).
    However, the dashboard and media library are telling me I don’t have any space left
    “Storage Space – 3,072 MB Space Allowed – (x) 5,811.54 MB (100%) Space Used”

    Can you please help? Why did the 10GB not get loaded into my site? We are travelling again soon so kinda need that space.
