space upgrade

  I purchased a 10GB space upgrade specifically so I can load audio files, but it isn’t showing up when I go to Media- still only shows 3GB and only allowing the limited files.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you see that the upgrade purchase was completed when you got to:
  dashboard—>store—>my upgrades ?

  What happens when you try to upload an audio file? Are you using an accepted format?
