space upgrade

  I bought a 10 GB space upgrade (more than two Werks ago). My credit card was charged but the space upgrade is still not available so that i still habe only 3 GB. What do i do?

  That’s strange. What do you see at these two locations?
  Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
  Dashboard > Store > Billing History

  I am not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. Nor do I see any upgrades associated with http://schnoi.wordpress.com/.

  So it does not look like that upgrade purchase was completed.

  I checked the transactions of my credit card once again and the charge has been removed from it although I got a mail two weeks ago from my issuing bank asking me to allow the transaction. Strange, but it seems to me that everything is alright now again. Sometimes problems get solved by themselves :-). Thank u for your help.
