Space Upgrade

  Hi, we’ve used 8.5GB of our 10GB allowance, it will not allow me to upload any more photos, the previous upgrades we’ve had was for $20 for another 10GB is this still available, as I can only find a monthly payment upgrade? Could you get in touch asap, greatly appreciated.

  The first space upgrade you originally bought should have brought you up to 13GB (3GB free + 10GB space upgrade) and needed to be renewed annually.

  Individual upgrades are no longer available, but I’ve tagged this for a Staff response.

  Hi, got a major dilemma!!! didn’t realise that if I permanently deleted photos in my media library that they would be deleted from my posts, is there anyway of retrieving them, help please!

  @snugglywuggly – As staff-ozmodiar said, it’s not possible to recover media that you’ve deleted. Sorry for no better news. You’ll need to upload and reinsert those images. If you are resizing and optimizing your images prior to uploading them, your space should last you a very long time.

  staff-ozmodiar – any reply on the initial reason I modlooked this post, which was regarding purchasing an additional space upgrade to the existing one? TIA

  In this case, the issue was that they had not renewed their 10 GB space upgrade.

  But just to clarify, are you asking what options are available to someone who has the 10GB upgrade active and reached the end of that 10GB worth of space?

  Indeed. :) Are they able to purchase additional storage space or are they limited to what they’ve already purchased? (Upgrading to Premium here won’t really do anything for them since the 10GB additional storage is already part of the bundle.) Again, TIA.

  At the moment, upgrading to Business is the only option.

  Thankfully, it is a pretty rare situation that any personal blogger fills up 13GB. If they do, they are likely uploading images that are way too large.

  If you run into anyone in this situation, modlook the thread and we can see if there is anything we can do to help.
