Space upgrade

I recently paid for a space upgrade of 10gb on sept 4 after nearly running out of my previous 13gb upgrade from last year. Although i still had about 4 percent of available space left I went ahead with the 10gb purchase just assuming once that was used I would have my recent upgrade purchase of 10gb roll over automatically. Didn’t happen. Now it’s saying I’ve used all of my previous 13gb space upgrade but my purchase of 10gb is still being charged to my credit card. My question is where is the 10gb I recently purchased?

Hi there, to the best of my knowledge your annual payment is to maintain that additional 10GB of space, not increasing it. If you need more space than the free 3GB + additional 10GB of space you’ll need to upgrade to the business plan.
