  You notified me that a $25 charge on my Visa account was rejected. Sorry, but that account had been compromised several months ago and we now have a new account number. What do I do now?

  We have input the correct credit card number and expiry date, etc but we get a message that says incoherent response from auth doc

  What are we doing wrong?

  Hi there,

  It looks like the renewal of your space upgrade went through and the upgrade is good until March 2018. Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
