Space upgrade purchased but not received

  We purchased a space upgrade so we could add music files on our site – therosetintedjesses.net – but there has been no change on the site we still have only 3GB. Please help we need to put the music on pronto. Jess and jess

  Hi timethief i thought i had marked it resolved by selecting resolved in the side bar – and pressing change . i’m not sure how to do it other than that ??
