Space upgrade without purchasing a plan

  Hi,
  I’m wondering if there’s still an option to get extra space without purchasing a plan. I’m happy to pay for extra 10GB space as I did last year (2015, failed the renewal due to expired credit card) but I don’t need any plan. Thanks.
