Spaces in blog title/subtitle of blog

  How can I make spaces appear in the title/name of my blog (so it would read mitchell-lama mama), and how can I change the subtitle to say something other than just another wordpress weblog?

  To do that, just go into your Dashboard, click Settings (the heading, not the arrow next to it), and type in the details you wish to change in the first two boxes.
