Spacing between main menu and page H1

  Is there a way to edit the spacing between the main menu bar and the start of the page? I’ve tried a bunch of different CSS coding but none of it seems to work.
  As a sub-question, is there a way to get the page to not display which page it is? For example: when you click “About” I don’t want it page to start with “About” and then the text, I simply want the text to start.

  If you have the CSS Upgrade, try this board:

  If you don’t, you can’t edit CSS.
