Spacing gaps

    I am having trouble with the unordered lists on this page making huge gaps. Even when I think the problem is corrected, if I edit something else, the problem returns.

    As it is, I have to edit this in a Word Processor and paste it because it cuts the document off the first time I even start an unordered lis. When I go to edit, I can’t scroll past this point, as though nothing more of the document exists.
