spacing issues

  Help! How do I change the spacing on my blog? The spacing on the left side between the menu and my content and the spacing at the bottom between my footer and my content? It looks uncustomized because there is so much space.

  Please answer like I am a dummy, because in this regard I am!

  Hi there, on the spacing between the menu and left side of your content, that is a padding value set for the site-content div. The spacing is set from the left edge of the browser window at 26%, so even a 3% reduction will produce a good narrowing of that white space.

  .site-content {
  padding-left: 26%;
  }

  On the spacing at the bottom, first off you have a blank paragraph at the bottom of your content on the main page. Edit that page and take out that blank paragraph.

  You can also add the following which takes away the bottom margin.

  .single .post, .page .post, .error404 .post, .archive .post:last-child {
      margin-bottom: 0;
  }
