Spacing looks fine, I publish then it completely changes.
-
Hey everyone, this is slightly irritating. I will write a post, everything looks perfectly fine in editing mode, but after I publish suddenly I have words that are on separate lines all by themselves, as though the published page cannot fit my sentences but in the creation area they do. I have no idea why it is doing this, shouldn’t it publish exactly as it shows in my editing page?
help would be appeciated:)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Jason
It looks like you have extra html paragraph tags in your content. Sometimes these are added when you paste your content into your WordPress site from MS Word or Google Docs.
If you are pasting articles in from those sources, take a look at this page https://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/ and specifically the Paste as Text and the Clear Formatting buttons. Using those features can help avoid those line breaks.
Another option is to take a look at your post using the text editor (you can read about that here https://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/) In the text editor you’ll see many of those paragraph tags (which look like
<p>) and you can delete them. That should greatly improve the formatting of your post.Hope this helps!

It is so strange, in the visual editing my spacing is perfect but as soon as I look in HTML the spacing goes to shit. I guess I will have to write in HTML editing from now on to make sure it doesn’t screw it up. Thanks so much for the info it was a big help! I appreciate it:)
