Spacing problems in Chrome

  Hi,
  I created this website in Internet Explorer. The spacing was a challenge, but I eventually got it figured out.
  Then I went to Chrome, and the spacing isn’t right at all.

  I’m not sure what to do! I can’t just leave the spacing how it is in Chrome…but the spacing in Internet explorer was hard enough to get to the point it is… is there anything I can do to make Chrome read it the same way?
