spam

Whenever anyone comments on my website, the comment goes to my spam. I’ve moved each of these comments to my gmail inbox, but nothing has changed. I don’t have tabs or categories as referred to in the Help section. I read the suggestions but they don’t seem to work. I don’t get that many comments, by the way.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
When you say the comments are sent to your Spam, are you referring to your Spam folder at WordPress.com, which can be seen here?

If so, they’re likely triggering our Akismet spam filter, which tries to catch spam comments and prevent them from appearing on your blog. If you find a comment in your spam folder that is not a legitimate spam comment, can you mark it “Not Spam” as explained here?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-comments/#comment-actions
That helps to train the Akismet spam filter to properly recognize spam comments.
Alternatively, if you’re referring to the Spam inbox in your email folder, you’ll need to mark the comments as “Not Spam” as well rather than simply moving them to your inbox. This helps to train your inbox to recognize these comments as not spam. Alternatively, you can add WordPress.com to a “safe sender” list, which would automatically filter these messages into your inbox.
Let me know if either of those options will work!
