  how do you remove someone from spam. Someone who is a fan is being blocked as Spam, but there not selling anything. How do I fix that one person and allow them to make comments.

  Selling things is not the only reason a comment can be marked as spam. If the follower is finding that all of their comments are being sequestered as spam they need to contact Akismet support Staff. http://akismet.com/contact/ There will be a delay before they can do that and the reason for that is posted here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/full-staff-support-will-return-september-24?replies=1
