  I have accidentally marked a referrer as a spammer. Can you please unspam it? Or give me instructions on how to do it?

  Marking spam referrers as spam referrers simply removes the reporting from your stats. It does not block them. See here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/spam-referrer-reporting?replies=3
