    I contacted you last week because my comments are going into spam folders, except when I comment on sites whose publishers know me and recovered my spammed messages. I was contacted by a happiness engineer, and I filled in a form. Soon after that I received an email which told me that the problem had been solved, but it hasn’t – I still can’t comment on new blogs, and am also unable to pingback. I emailed the engineer, but have had no response so far.
