Spam

    My 84 yr old dad has a wordpress blog. Now he’s getting 1000’s of spam messages a day. A lot of work and demoralizing. At first he thought the comments were legit. How do we block that?

    Would you mind sharing a link to your Dad’s WordPress blog with me?

    At the moment, are comments automatically approved and published for everyone to see? Or are they held in WordPress for approval first? If not I can tell you how to enable moderation.

    Let me know and we’ll go from there.
