  Hi Guys
  Why can’t I view what it is saying as spam to see if it really is spam or not spam as it could have made a mistake.

  You should be able to see what’s in your spam queue for two weeks, when it’s deleted automatically. Go to Dashboard->Comments and at the top of the page, click on the Spam link.

  Staff have stated before If it shows that Akismet blocked spam on your dashboard but doesn’t show the spam content it’s the worst spam of them all and and it’s automatically blocked…

  I have had the same problem since setting up my blog. I cannot access the spam from the dashboard or anywhere else. I SOLVED THE PROBLEM MYSELF. If you are using intensedebate for moderation, under the intense debate settings page, make sure next to the line “comment moderation page” that the box “wordpress standard moderation” is checked. I had checked the other box,”intense debate comment moderation.” This was wrong. If this box is checked, you will not be able to view your spam AT ALL, ANYWHERE ON THE DASHBOARD. So, if you are using intensedebate, do this and your spam will magically appear when you click on “spam.”

  Intensedebate is a Plug-in for WordPress.ORG sites and does not apply to WordPress.COM sites.
