Hi there,
I don’t see any notification emails for a new follower on your site sent by our systems. Was this an email notification? If so, from what email address did you receive it, and what is the subject line?
Please don’t refer people to their hosting provider for subscriber issues. That has nothing to do with their hosting.
If someone posts here about subscribers it’s a reasonable assumption that they’re using the Jetpack plugin for subscriptions on their site, in which case this forum or otherwise Jetpack support are the best places to help them.
