  I can’t delete pending SPAM comments

  Hi @gspencermynko, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with, and also let us know where you’re trying to delete comments and what happens when you try?

  I can say if you’ve got a lot of spam, the system will automatically remove them after they’re two weeks old, without any intervention on your part. Trying to clear them all at once can bog thing down, so I’d recommend just allowing the system to do it automatically for you.

  I cannot delete the spam comments – they just pile up.

  Thanks. As long as they are ending up in the “spam” folder, you don’t need to worry about deleting them. The system will automatically delete each spam comment for after it’s been there for two weeks.

  That said, I do only see 12 comments there right now — is that what you’re seeing too?
