Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on our servers on WordPress.com, so we don’t have any access to your comments page in the dashboard.
If you’re receiving spam comments on your site, the only way to stop that is to use an anti-spam plugin like Akismet.
If you’re already using an anti-spam plugin, follow that plugin’s process to mark the comments as spam. Most good anti-spam plugins, like Akismet, have the ability to learn, so if you consistently mark these comments as spam, the plugin will learn over time to automatically spam similar comments like that.
For more help with this, please contact support for the specific anti-spam plugin you’re using directly for help.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
