  On my blog site https://www.cuppa500.com/Blog I use the ‘Contact Form 7’ plugin to enable readers to contact me via email.

  I receive multiple emails daily, some not even in English, promoting mainly website SEO improvements etc or sometimes online pharmaceuticals. Marking them as spam in my Email programme ensures that I don’t receive further emails from those senders, but does not stem the seemingly never ending emails of the same type from other email addresses. Akismet doesn’t appear to recognise them as spam.

  Is there a simple means of blocking these types of emails?
