The site linked to your username is only three hours old. wp.com uses akismet to filter spam comments. You have to mark spam comments as spam, not just delete them, so that the software “learns” which ones are spam over time.

There are many ways to protect your WordPress.com blogs from unwanted comments: WordPress.com blogs are protected by the Akismet comment spam filter. You can control whether comments are automatically approved or if they need to be reviewed before they are published. You can add rules for comment moderation to control which comments get marked as spam > http://en.support.wordpress.com/unwanted-comments/

Many new bloggers aren’t aware that over 80% of all so-called comments submitted to .wordpress.com blogs every day is and and that the vast and overwhelming majority of “information” circulatiing on the interent is spam. Akismet is an excellent spam filter. I recommend that you scroll down and read “5 things every blogger should know about spam” on this page > http://akismet.com/how/ -
What are the “blogs” you are getting spam on?
If you Akismet is built into the site linked to your name – but if you have a WordPress.ORG install then you need to visit WordPress.ORG to get help on how to turn on Akismet (it is built into all WordPress.ORG installs but not activated) to reduce the Spam you need to deal with.
