  How do I get rid of the spam in one post?
  Usually you stop spam comments but in this post they show up.

  In the rare cases that a spam comment escapes Akismet and gets posted, you’ll keep getting spam from the same source (under various names). The last two comments on the post you linked to are spam: mark them as spam so Akismet will learn.
