When you search my website there is a tag promoting viagra and condom , which totally does not represent the content on my website. What can I do to remove spam. I have changed password and upgraded wordpress but nothing seems to be effective. In addition I lost 5 subscribers in a day which I believe is because of the infiltration Please help!

We cannot help with that at WordPress.COM. That is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
