Spam – Account hacked!

  Hi Suddenly when I logged in my wordpress account I saw some unregonizable content which is not written by me. It’s some sort of spam and worst part is that it’s not even allowing me to go to my wordpress site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
