Spam Blog from the Phillipines

I was googling my name and saw that someone had linked to a site I owned a few years ago… and that would be find and dandy, but they’ve linked my last name as well. It’s a big list of people’s first & last names, too. http://robology.wordpress.com/links/ I have never ever heard of this person, and would love to see my name be gone from the site. I think it’s a spam site. What steps do I take to get this resolved, other than contacting the person because I’m pretty sure they’ll not be responsive at all.

Thanks a lot :) I’m just not sure where to turn to get this resolved, so figured I’d do it here.
Yeah, my last name is really rare so it’s doubly troubling. I don’t want my snoopy older sister to find it, basically.
