  If the site in question is hosted on WordPress.com, please report it to our terms of service team as described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/report-blogs/

  For WordPress sites hosted at other providers, please report them directly to the specific hosting provider – we can only take action against WordPress sites hosted on our servers.

  We do not deal with terms of service issues in the public support forums, so I’m closing this thread to further replies.
