can someone tell me what this is and how I get rid of it? (scroll down)

woops.
it’s gone now.
what was there: string of profanities and prurient web addresses in a jumble of odd-size/color code at the very bottom of the page (below the theme info.)
any ideas what it is/was? now I’m quite curious…and what should be done in case it resurfaces.
