SPAM coming out of my account

    Since starting my blog I’ve had four occassions in which I’ve had spam/junk/virus come out of the blog. What can I do to prevent this? Is it the template or the site itself? Please help. I don’t really want to delete the account but will do if I can’t find a solution.
