In this case I can’t say for sure without seeing the username and site link but it’s the same wording in a common spam comment that we often receive.

On this post Bart’s King-sized book of FUN!!!! I believe all of the following are spam comments made by opportunists.

How do I know that? It’s easy. The do not speak English properly. They are not comments that are directly related to your post. They pander you with generalities. The username and sites they link to make it obvious that they are spam comments.

Every comment you approved is spam on that post.

Is there an easy way to go through and delete all of those at the same time? Or do I have to do it the slow way :)

Go to your Comments section – there is a check box for each comment – check the spam comments then at the top of the page use the bulk edit feature to send all the checked comments to Trash.

They do not speak English properly.
They are not comments that are directly related to your post.
They pander you with generalities that could apply to a post on anything from soup to nuts.
